Puppy babies
My dogs tend to like to be treated like babies. They act like actual children. My mom of course calls them her babies. I get annoyed with it sometimes. My mom called me Abby, and it really ticked me off. I mean come on, I am not a dog and my name is not Abby. Abby does act like a baby. One time she was feeling really sick, and she decided to kind of crawl on my moms lap and curl up on my moms arm like she was cradling a baby. It was adorable. My dogs use to let me pick them up and put them on thier backs to rock them. Now, Abby flips out. Roxie is way too big for me to pick up. She is losing weight, and I am very proud of my puppy! Sometimes I feel bad for Roxie. She cant get up on the couch by herself, she cant sit right, and since she is part pug, she snores all the time. When Roxie was little, she had bowed legs. Apparently, she wasnt getting the right nutrition, and since she is our little baby, we took her to the vet and gave her everything she needed. Now, even though she has problems walking, and she may have arthritis, she has nice straight legs. We figured she would get arthritis at an early age because of her weight and how her legs were as a puppy. She is still a really good dog, and she is very loyal. She sits in front of every door of the room you are in just so you can say hi to her as you are passing through. She is the only dog that will try to protect my dad. Abby attacks her when she tries to help him. I think it is because my dad makes fun of Abby all the time. Abby and Roxie like to watch t.v. too. Again, Abby hates other animals, and when she sees one on the t.v she flips out, flies over Roxie, and barks till her heart is content at the animal. She believes it can hear her. When the animal is off the t.v. she thinks it got scared and ran away. I would too if a little dog came flying out at me in a magical box! My poor dog is confused. She has mental issues that I would never be able to explain. Abby is so cocky and prissy that she wont eat off the floor, and she hates when the grass has dew on it. She avoids puddles, and when Roxie gets dirty, she avoids her too. Roxie tries to play with Abby all the time. She cant always, cause she either cant keep up, or her legs start to bother her. I do love my puppies sometimes even though they get on my nerves, and jump up on my legs, and sometimes burping in my face. They are entertaining, sometimes even more than t.v. Just watch out for the mighty puppy Abby!
